Michael proudly counsels and defends employers in employment law matters, including workplace discrimination, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, contracts drafting, and business torts.
During law school, Michael served on the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, publishing his note on the impact of consumer influence, financial bargaining power, and international compliance mechanisms on working conditions and production expectations in the coffee industry. He also served on the Civil Rights Restoration Clinic and volunteered as a magistrate for the Pima County Teen Court Program.
